Want to learn something new from our exercise library?

Whether you are looking to get fit, lose weight and relieve pain different people learn in different ways. This may be visually by watching a demonstration of an exercise, or audibly by listening to clear instructions.

And then there are some of us who are awkward (like me) who like the information in a variety of ways so that I can pick and choose.

EXERCISE YOUR WAY TO A BETTER BACK

Megan has devised a very succesful 6 week course in pain relief through exercise.  There are only 2 spots left for the January course, but we are also taking bookings for the rest of the year.

LADIES WHO LUNGE

Group personal training is a very successful way to  motivate yourself as it introduces an element of competition.  Take advantage of our group rates and snap up our current availability on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
BOOT CAMPS AND FIT CAMPS

Megan now organises popular bootcamps, fit camps and training workshops throughout the year, introducing people to new ideas, and helping them to enjoy exercise.
