Drop a clothes size with X-treme Fat Loss Bootcamp!!

Our boot camps will be held at the Recreation Ground on Wellspring Avenue in Stapleford (please see the map) which is a central location to the surrounding areas of Long Eaton, Sandiacre, Toton, Chilwell, Bramcote and Beeston. It is a stones throw away from the A52.

Three sessions will be held each week.
Wednesdays will be a fun run suitable for all abilities.

Prices are £6 per session or £50 for the entire camp.
(that’s just £4 per session!). Cheques payable to Megan Bowe.

The 600 rule is simple to understand:

There are 600 muscles in the human body…

Muscles burn calories in order to work…

If you work all six hundred muscles in every workout and even in every exercise, you’ll burn far more calories and lose far more fat…

But The 600 rule is not the only thing that makes MELTDOWN Training so effective.

We use a system of intense, short-bursts of activity and ‘bundle’ them together into mini-workouts of no more than 4 minutes at a time to bring about fast, REALLY FAST Fat loss in our clients.

Why Exercise?

There are many reasons to exercise.

Some may be due to health reasons, but for a lot of us it is simply about wanting to feel better and more confident so that we can enjoy our lives.

Our studio is designed for small group fitness training to ensure a high quality of service from qualified instructors who will educate, guide and motivate you.

There are many options avaliable from one to one personal training, group fitness classes, fit camps, pilates, exercise or nutrition prescriptions, and sports massage.

Working out in a group is a great way to enjoy your exercise and share the experience with others who are just like you.
